Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. By appointment only.


$100 per 60 minute individual session.
$150 for one hour initial individual evaluation.
$40 per person for one and one-half hour group session.


UPMC, HighMark Blue Cross / Blue Shield and Aetna Insurance accepted. I also accept payment by cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, and Discover) and will assist you in submiting out-of-network claims for other insurance carriers.


Payment or co-pay expected at the time of service. Cash, check, and credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, and Discover) accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged. Insurance companies will not reimburse this.
